Together, We Can Reach Our #GivingTuesday Goal
Every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and loved. But for thousands of displaced children across Georgia—those in foster care, living with grandparents, or placed with fictive kin or relatives—their reality often includes trauma, uncertainty, and a lack of basic necessities.
The Foster Care Support Foundation is dedicated to changing this. Through our programs, we provide essential items like clothing, school supplies, developmental toys, and infant care equipment—all at no cost to the families who care for these vulnerable children. These resources help children feel included, confident, and capable of thriving, even in the face of adversity.
This #GivingTuesday, we’re asking for your support to continue this life-changing work.
Why Your Support Matters
Imagine being uprooted from everything familiar and arriving at a new home with nothing but the clothes on your back. This is the reality for many displaced children. Their caregivers—often grandparents or other relatives—step up without hesitation, but they often lack the financial resources to meet the sudden and overwhelming needs of the children in their care.
Your donation helps bridge this gap.
If you’d like to support Foster Care Support Foundation without using the GAgives campaign page, we’ve got you covered! You can make your donation directly to us and still make a lasting impact on the lives of displaced children across Georgia.

More Ways to Give
There are many things that in-kind donations cannot do, such as payment for our facility and regular staff to lead our thousands of annual volunteers that help us serve thousands of children each year. Whatever way you choose to give, your contribution makes an impact!
Volunteer
FCSF is a volunteer-based organization. Our facility is OPEN and we need volunteers to serve the thousands of children in need this season! Volunteers can help with projects and operations in the distribution center and the resale shop on a daily basis. Contact our volunteer coordinator to schedule a day to volunteer individually or organize a group volunteering event.
Donate Goods
We need in-kind goods of new, like-new, and gently used items to provide for children in foster and relative care. Donations are accepted at the Mansell Place Distribution Center BY APPOINTMENT in order to best serve our donors and volunteers.
Note: If you do not see any available dates, it could be that we are either at capacity for what we can take in at the current time with current staff and volunteers, closed for a holiday, or performing inventory. Please check back as future dates open.
