Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Distribution Facility

In partnership with Leadership North Fulton, Class of 2024

Roswell, GA May 8, 2024

The Foster Care Support Foundation (FCSF) is thrilled to announce the Ribbon Cutting ceremony for its FosterCares™️ Distribution Facility on Wednesday, May 15th, 2024, at 115 Mansell Place, Roswell, Georgia. This momentous event organized in partnership with Leadership North Fulton, Class of 2024 will be held from 4:00 PM - 5:00PM and marks a significant milestone in FCSF’s ongoing commitment to supporting Georgia’s displaced children.

New facility updates, which include expanded storage space, a refreshed parking lot, updated signage, and expansion plans will enable FCSF to enhance its services and reach more families in need safely and efficiently for years to come. The Ribbon Cutting ceremony will feature a message from the founder, key community leaders, and a special appearance by a guest speaker whose life was positively impacted by the foundation.

"We are excited to showcase our Distribution Center and future plans which will help us provide support to more displaced children and families across the entire state," said Rachel Ewald, Executive Director of FCSF. "This facility represents a beacon of hope and gives children assurance that they are not invisible. Our community serves alongside us to make a significant impact on each and every displaced child that comes through those doors, regardless of whether they are displaced through DFCS or non-DFCS, including grands raising grands and fictive kin."

Members of the press are invited to attend the Ribbon Cutting ceremony. A guided tour of the FosterCares™️ Distribution Facility and opportunities to speak with FCSF staff, volunteers, and community members will follow the official ceremony. Refreshments will be provided.
